1. Flooring selection
If you already have an idea of the flooring that best meets your needs, then a single phone call will allow us to bring those type samples directly to your home. If you’re not sure what your looking for then one of our flooring associates can help you select your new flooring at our showroom. We still encourage everyone to view the samples in their own homes, under the real lighting and against the paint and furniture schemes. Samples tend to look different under different lightings and we want you to get exactly what you want. Once you have decided on the new flooring, we'll schedule an in-home visit at your convenience to conduct measurements.
2. In-home measurement
A Professional Carpet Systems flooring professional will visit your home to conduct measurements. Once these measurements are completed, we will provide you with a written proposal explaining the amount and work to be conducted.
3. Professional installation
On the day of installation, Professional Carpet Systems' installers will be courteous, efficient and on time. They will install your new flooring, clean up and remove your old flooring and all installation-related debris. After installation, you will receive a courtesy call to ensure the flooring and installation meets your complete satisfaction.
